This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, disclose, transfer and otherwise process your personal information for the purpose of compliance with applicable data protection laws. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Depending on how you contact us and what services we provide to you, we may collect different types of personal information.

If you are a job applicant we will additionally collect your qualifications, gender, nationality, your right to work in the country where the role is based, your CV and cover letter information, your employment history, qualifications, education, criminal and financial checks.

What happens if you do not provide personal information

If you don’t provide your personal information when you contact us or you don’t want us to process it, we will not be able to respond to your question, complaint or job application.

Disclosing or sharing your personal information

Aggregated Information

We will use your information to create aggregated data sets which no longer identify you as a person. We will use aggregated data for any purpose at our sole discretion, for example, statistical modelling of medication adherence behavioural patterns or market segment research. If we transfer aggregated data to third parties, we will make sure there are measures in place to ensure the third party cannot identify you.

We take great care to make sure that your information is kept safe, but no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure.
